WELCOME TO THE FINEST FRESHWATER, FLATWATER PADDLING DESTINATION IN THE SOUTHEAST.

Whether you've kayaked before or this is your first time, our certified kayak instructors will be with you every step of the way. Experience a leisurely pontoon boat ride while we tow the kayaks behind to our favorite wild and remote places around the lake. Our naturalist guides will take you on an exploration of waterfalls, quiet coves, sandy beaches, and secluded swimming spots up the rivers of the Jocassee Gorges. Get an up close and personal view of wildflowers, wildlife, and the geology of the area. As you cruise from destination to destination, your guides will share with you the history and folklore of the region. Our kayak tours are designed to be easy on the body and nourishing to the spirit. They are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Lunch or snacks

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR ON THE TOUR?

Please wear swimsuit or shorts (changing not available on board) if you plan to cool off with a swim.

Water shoes (flip flops are not water shoes)

WHAT ARE THE FEES?

$125 per person

Private Kayak Tours: $125 Per person / $695 minimum

DEVILS FORK STATE PARK ENTRY FEE
$8.00 per adult, $5.00 for seniors 65 and older, $4.00 for children ages 6-15 and children 5 and under are free.

CAN I SCHEDULE A PRIVATE TOUR FOR MY FAMILY OR GROUP?

Yes! Private tours for up to 12 are available to book online. If you are booking a larger group, please call our office at 864-280-5501. We will be happy to assist you.

NEED TO CANCEL? REVIEW OUR CANCELLATION/REBOOKING POLICY BELOW.

If you are BOOKING online, your credit card will be charged at time the reservation is made. Our policy includes:

Cancellations 72 hours + prior will be issued an immediate refund.
Cancellations 48 to 72 hours prior will be issued a gift certificate (valid for 1 year) for the full amount of the tour.
Cancellations 24 to 48 hours prior will be charged 1/2 the price of the tour, but issued a gift certificate (valid for 1 year) for the other half.
Reservations cancelled 24 hours or less will be charged in full.
If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, a refund or gift certificate will be issued. Please let us know your preference.
Jocassee Lake Tours reserves the right to CANCEL if less than 6 people are booked, or in the case of inclement weather.

IF JOCASSEE LAKE TOURS HAS TO CANCEL DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY TEXT & EMAIL BY 7:00 AM FOR MORNING TOURS AND 12:00 NOON FOR THE AFTERNOON TOURS. WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO RESCHEDULE, OR ISSUE A REFUND.
