*Your credit card will be charged at time the reservation is made. If you need to cancel your reservation, please see the following:

*Reservations cancelled before 72 hours will be issured an immediate refund.

*Reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled tour will be issued a gift certificate (valid for 1 year) issued via email.

*Reservations cancelled within 24 hours prior to scheduled tour will be charged in full.

*If the tour is cancel due to weather, and immediate refund will be issued.

*Jocassee Lake Tours reserves the right to CANCEL if less than 6 people are booked, or in case of inclement weather.

IF JOCASSEE LAKE TOURS HAS TO CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY TEXT & EMAIL. THE CUTOFF TIME IS 7:00 AM FOR MORNING TOURS AND 12:00 NOON FOR THE AFTERNOON TOURS. IF YOU HAVE MADE YOUR RESERVATION ON LINE, YOU MAY RESCHEDULE, OR WE WILL GIVE YOU AN IMMEDIATE REFUND.
